Great question! One Ahead is a team of magic industry experts who share their insights in a weekly magic newsletter. Digital Members can access the full archive and receive new insights every week.
Why am I not receiving emails?
If you're not receiving the email newsletter you've subscribed to, start by confirming that we have the correct email address for you in your account.
If it's incorrect, you can update it in your account settings area. If it is correct, follow the helpful steps, tap "Get Help" in your account settings for more steps.

What are One Ahead's subscription plans?
We have three plans, which are available for purchase online:
- Email: Receive future editions of the magic newsletter directly to your email inbox. This tier does not include access to the online archive.
- Digital: Receive the magic newsletter, plus full access to the online archive. Learn valuable insights from 300+ online magic articles.
- Collector: Full Email & Digital benefits, plus collect a super-rare hardback book every December featuring the year's best articles and a print-exclusive cover story! Postage is paid separately.
Do you have an academic discount?
Students and educators at all levels can get a 50% discount on One Ahead's Digital membership. You can purchase a subscription at our academic rate when you use your college email address to subscribe here.
Those who falsely claim this discount without using a college/student email address receive a lifetime suspension.
Can I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
Absolutely! You can request and even update any of your invoices by entering the email address you used to make your purchase here.
Can you update the business details on my invoice?
We cannot, but you can! You can request and update any of your invoices by entering the email address you used to make your purchase here.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. It can be done in less than 30 seconds from your account.

How much is Collector shipping?
Our books are printed and shipped from printers worldwide based on individual member locations, keeping the cost of shipping affordable.
Collector members will pay for shipping when they confirm their delivery addresses in December. Below are pricing examples for popular countries.

What is One Ahead's Magician Finder?
Our Magician Finder is an online directory of professional magicians from all around the world, including magicians in the UK and magicians in the USA. On it, you can find the perfect magician for your next event. If you happen to be a magician, you can list your services on the directory for a low one-time lifetime fee (no subscriptions).
Magicians keep 100% of the lead data and bookings.
How do I update my profile?
It costs £50 to update your profile, which you can do anytime. Profile updates can take up to five working days to appear on the directory as all of our team are primarily focused on performing and consulting.
